Shopify Plus revenue operations intelligence

Find revenue leaks before they become lost sales.

AI continuously monitors your Shopify Plus store for technical, checkout, catalog, conversion, market and merchandising issues — then tells your team what matters most.

Installs from the Shopify App Store. Read access only for monitoring — the single write scope creates URL redirects, and only after you approve each one.

What to fix first

  • Critical14 high-revenue products are unavailable in the US market$27,400
  • HighMobile conversion is down 18% on your top collection$8,200
  • High37 broken URLs received traffic in the last 7 days$6,300

Illustrative figures. Every number in the product comes from your connected store data — nothing is simulated, and anything that cannot be measured is labelled rather than estimated.

Revenue at risk

Every finding carries a number your CFO can interrogate.

RevenueRadar prices an issue against your own trailing Shopify data and states the method it used. When there is no honest basis for a figure, it says so instead of producing one — an estimate you cannot audit is worse than no estimate.

Product availability

Trailing 30-day revenue of the affected products, for the period they are unavailable.

Broken pages

Sessions landing on the affected URLs × your conversion rate × average order value.

Conversion gaps

Sessions × the gap to that page's own trailing baseline × average order value.

Inventory run-out

Recent daily product revenue × the days it is projected to be out of stock.

How AI finds problems

Detect, price, explain, prioritise.

Detection is deterministic — rules over your real catalog, crawl and order data. AI does the part it is actually good at: explaining what the evidence means and sequencing the work.

  1. 01

    Detect

Around 20 checks run over your catalog, storefront crawl, markets, performance measurements and order history.

  2. 02

    Price

Each finding is costed against your own trailing revenue, with the calculation method recorded alongside it.

  3. 03

    Explain

The model receives a structured, PII-free snapshot and writes the cause in plain English. It cannot see anything outside that snapshot.

  4. 04

    Prioritise

Findings rank by traffic × revenue relevance × severity × confidence — so the list opens on the thing that actually matters.

Where this fits

Not an analytics dashboard, and not an SEO crawler.

Analytics platforms

tell you what happened.

They report the number. They do not tell you a canonical tag changed on the collection driving it.

SEO crawlers

tell you what is technically wrong.

They return 400 findings with no sense of which one touches revenue.

RevenueRadar

tells you what to fix first.

What is wrong, why it matters to revenue, what changed, and the order to work in.

Pricing

Priced on store complexity, not order count.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you install.

Does RevenueRadar change anything in my store?

Only if you ask it to. Monitoring is read-only. The single write scope creates URL redirects, and every redirect is proposed for review before it is created. Destructive changes — deleting a product, changing a price, altering checkout or market settings — always require explicit confirmation and are never automated.

Do you store customer data?

No. Orders are read, aggregated into daily totals, and discarded. No individual order and no customer record is persisted. The destination country on an order is used only to bucket a daily revenue total and is never stored next to anything identifying.

What happens if a data source is not connected?

The affected checks report themselves as skipped, with the reason. RevenueRadar does not model missing data — it will not estimate sessions from order counts, and it will not produce a revenue figure for an issue it cannot price.

How accurate are the revenue figures?

They are estimates, labelled as such everywhere they appear, and each one states the method that produced it. They describe revenue associated with a detected issue. RevenueRadar does not claim an issue caused a specific loss unless the data proves it — which, for most issues, it cannot.

Will a full audit slow down my storefront?

No. Crawls run at low concurrency with spaced requests, and every scan runs on a background worker rather than inside the Shopify admin. Admin API calls are throttled against Shopify's own cost budget.

Does this replace my analytics platform?

No. RevenueRadar does not do attribution, ad analytics or profit accounting, and it is not trying to. It monitors store quality and connects what it finds to revenue.
