Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RevenueRadar, operated by Rank Fast LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Installing the app on a Shopify store constitutes acceptance. If you are installing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

RevenueRadar monitors a Shopify store for issues that may affect revenue, estimates the exposure of those issues, ranks them, and — where the merchant approves — applies fixes and measures the result.

Figures labelled as estimates or projections are calculated from the store’s own trailing data using the methodology shown alongside each figure. They are not measured losses, not guarantees, and not financial advice. Recovery figures reported as verified reflect a measured before-and-after comparison over an observed window and are never extrapolated beyond it.

Decisions taken on the basis of these figures remain the merchant’s own. The app reports what it can measure and states plainly when data is unavailable rather than filling the gap.

The app makes no change to a store without explicit approval. Where a fix is applied, it is recorded so it can be reviewed and reversed. Destructive operations are not offered.

You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify and Google accounts, for the accuracy of the property you select when connecting an analytics source, and for reviewing any fix before approving it.

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. It depends on the Shopify Admin API and, when connected, on Google APIs; outages or changes in those services may interrupt monitoring. [Service level commitment, if any].

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the app is limited to [liability cap, e.g. fees paid in the preceding 12 months]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin, which ends the agreement and triggers deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
